It was suggested that we change the names of the CA/TLS elements in DS setup to be:

Server TLS certificate authority in PEM format
-> CA certificate in PEM format

Server TLS certificate and key in PKCS12 format with friendly name "Server-Cert"
-> Server private key/cert in PKCS12 format with friendly name "Server-Cert"

Since the yast2-auth-server package is developed and maintained by the Samba Team at SUSE, instead of the core YaST Team, I'm adding the "other-maintainer" label to this in order to help filtering the various list of issues.
