The graphic design/layout of the SUD is a critical factor of its success. If we fail to design the system in a convenient, attractive, modern and friendly manner the success of the entire business is at big risk.

Key questions/concerns are:

• shall we use any prototypes (existing popular websites like facebook, twitter, and similar) or we shall design from scratch?
• what comes first - simplicity'' or ''attractiveness? or they don't conflict?
• the site shall be "verbose" (shall talk a lot, explaining as much as possible), or it should be silent (like gmail.com)?
