movement permissions

It would be great to be able to edit movement permissions. To safe time it would be even better to give default movement permission values to tiles.

Editing movement permissions is already supported. Default movement permissions would require hardcoding this information about the base tilesets, since the games themselves don't tie movement permissions together with tiles. Even if this were done, it would still require the user to go back and edit all of the elevation values for the movement permissions. Therefore, I don't think pretmap should attempt to support default movement permissions.

What do you think about this: if i click with a certain button (f.e. scroll wheel) on a tile, then all the same tiles of the map copy the movement permission of this tile, that was just clicked?
