It would be nice to have a page with all known generators. I just created a generator for cucumber.js and I would like to share it with the world. What do you think?

Planned :)

For now you can discover generators with npm search yeoman-generator

@sindresorhus @passy I would really love for us to capture this somewhere on the site (also mentioning it's a list available via npm). Is this something either of you could whip up? I'm going to try addressing some of the long (~month) standing issues with the generators in general.

I have big plans for that, but it's not important atm, with so few generators, and I don't think we should prioritize it.

Linking to this should work for now: https://npmjs.org/browse/keyword/yeoman-generator

Once there is a significant number of generators, something like http://sindresorhus.com/bower-components/ would be nice, but I agree that at the moment resources are better spent in other places. I do think we should promote some of the more popular generators better on the Yeoman homepage than we do right now.

@passy yes, I had something like that in mind. And I agree, we can feature some of the generators manually on the site. Which ones?

@sindresorhus do you think you (or if someone else has time, them if you're reading!) could put together something like the bower-components site for the generators now that we have more than 50 of them?

@addyosmani i honestly don't have the time to do it. But I've opened a new issue on the site repo. Let's try to find someone. Shouldn't be very hard as most of the code is already written. It's just about integrating it into the current site.

Closing in favor of yeoman/yeoman.io#60
