Consider rolling releases every X amount of time

I suggest we automate the releases to ensure a new version is released every 4 weeks. This should make releases happen a lot more often and ensure features are actually released in a reasonable timeframe.

I think following the example of Rust itself and adopting a 6 week interval would be slightly better, but yeah, we do need some kind of artificial deadline to move forward
