尊敬的开发者，您好，本人以管理员权限运行WGestures，刚开始可以在任务管理器上正常使用，但过一会就无法使用了，望作者大大修复此bug，谢谢

大约没有安装证书？
如果安装了证书，不需要提权也可以在高权限应用上有效

经测试，在win7上没有此问题，而在win10上则有此问题

尊敬的开发者，您好，最新版WGestures在win10 1803上的确无法正常获得管理者权限，就是刚开始运行可以获得权限，过一会就没法获得管理者权限了，望修复，谢谢 @yingDev
