I am using king software(url:https://www.kingrelatedness.com/manual.shtml) to calculate the realtionship of ssome individuals. and I need to understand the principle of using King software to calculate kinship relationships. King use the PLINK files like bed/fam/bim as the input files.I would like to know if this software can use standard PLINK files as input. And If it's convenient for you, I would like to ask you about the principle of calculating the ratio of IBD1 and IBD2。
