Not capable for openvpn, because this tool wrapper some wireguard commands https://github.com/yinheli/udppunch/blob/master/client/wg/wg.go

But the theory is in the same, you may build another tool.

Why openvpn? You may try nebula similar to wireguard with udp punch build-in, very easy to use.
