Several User IDs for the same User

I have the issue that there are displayed many User Ids for the same User. The 
Number depends on the time and actions. 
I have attached a Screenshot where i was on a website for like 25 sec. The Tool 
tracked 4 different Users. I have tried anything but i can't figure out why 
single Users are identified as several.

Please comment out line 34 in core/gateway.php, e.g.:
//$_POST['client'] = get_client_id();

I guess this solves the issue, but I need you to verify.
