How would this align/differ from the implementing-org proposal from February? (Just documenting question from check-in call).

The concept is totally changed. February proposal was more toward exploring the organisations information and their activities (focusing on country and sector). This explorer is a minimal version with just the list of organisation and supplement to the API, used by AidStream. However there will be option to suggest changes to the data from this interface. Also the February proposal envisions to capture the organisation information from participating-org element of iati-activities, whereas now the organisation information is limited to iati-organisation data only and then publisher's information if these publishers are not publishing their iati-organisation xml files.

The interface is very simple, something like the following mockup. There might be some change in terms of design/colors/text.
