I have a product coming out soon that has a email and license code component. The way it is now, user have to create a global partial and use that on all pages.

If I could create a site template file that gets stored in the rw_common folder, then I could simply have a single php page that holds all of my stacks variables in one place. This would be HUGE and I would start using this setup on all my future projects.

i wasn't really planning on making large api changes like this in this release. sorry about the previous comment -- it was intended for a totally different bug -- i just goofed and pasted it in here.
