Fix

Removed UIScale from UEFI Section and added to NVRAM
Compatible with Monterey 12.2
Removed FakePCIID_Intel_I225-V kexts and added dk.e1000=0 to NVRAM boot-args
Removed SSDT-PLUG
Set default UI Resolution to 2560x1440
