年×日付一覧表があれば対応を検討したいが探し出せず・・・。

基本的にはBCSVの定義（CalendarEventParam.bcsv）に従うはずですが、
一部例外（BCSVではなくハードコーディングされているイベント）があるようです。
→ 例えば海の日は7月第3月曜日ですが、オリンピックでずれたせいでBCSVとは異なる動きをしています。

このあたりはちょうど昨日～今日あたりでDiscordでいろいろ議論＆解析が進んでいました。
以下に日付一覧の対応案が出ていたので、近いうちにSpreadSheetに追加されると思います。
