If you are asking wether you can use koa2-ratelimit with typescript, since it is a javascript module, you can.

If you are asking us to add type declarations for koa2-ratelimit, it is not planned as of today. But it would be nice indeed! If you have the time, it would be nice if you could write a PR :)
