unable to connect to FS devices using TMOS with 'raised RuntimeError with msg "could not execute command: "tmsh -q show sys version" ' #2993

Installed in a dockerized environment.

configured an FS device as tmos driver, I receive the above error.
any hint on how to further troubleshoot?

Does the user have administrator role and advanced shell access?
