Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a remote user, I don't know if the theme of the day has changed.

Describe the solution you'd like
Display notifications to the user (if possible from extension) with
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/notification

We add to add a setting to choose notification permission.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Allow to send email but it could be costly and too old school
