  • Ability to change the name of departments, including double(triple?)-major.

  • Ability to enter the research commettee depending on the actural number of research commettee members.

LaTeX can put multiple \address and \author in one document with no upperbound. This is the correct want to implement double-major and research committee...

Besides, the depertment names should be put in \address.
