Why not use this version of the game? it predates 1.0, many call it version 0.9, and it might be a lot closer to what was used in spaceworld '97.

Well I do know there are some script differences in this version, as well as bugs exclusive to the prototype, maybe it will be helpful in making it more legit, by maybe rewriting the spaceworld demo to share the extra bugs/scripts this version had. it would be more true to the experience. speedrunning community have been documenting their finds in this Google doc.
