Fix and restore license plate bracket

The license plate bracket needs to be restored. It is currently disassembled and soaking in Evapo-rust. It needs to be painted and reassembled.

The light is also broken and need to be replaced or repaired.

Painted and rebuilt the bracket, need to find a light for it now.

The light needs a 3/4 inch socket (outer diameter).

Added the light and sealed up the enclosure, need to mount it and wire it.

I can actually get rid of the light part of the bracket, the new tail lights have a plate light built in.

I'm going to remove the light part of this, the tail lights have lights for the license plate.

I have to drill out the holes in the bumper to fit the new bolts.
