(Feature request) Allow moving a note line with childs as a group

• example main line
  • child 1
  • child 2

When dragging the "example main line" above, to be able to (CTRL or some key) drag the whole group to a different order.
Currently this breaks formatting as the child will become a child to a different parent which could be a [] or something else. this makes moving more painful as you have to not only move the parent but fix the children too.

As I understand, this is about the Text type which means this would have to be supported by CKEditor.
