Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 2.1
  • Used Zammad installation source: any
  • Operating system: any
  • Browser + version: any

Background: If email sender is agent and a customer is in to, the first customer of to is taken as customer.

Expected behavior:

  • In certain use cases it's better to set the agent to customer anyway.
