Considering that this is "A flaw that is unlikely to affect normal operations of the product. Appears only in very rare situations and causes a minor inconvenience only." we are accepting it as low severity. Furthermore, Java handles it this way as a feature, not a bug. however, we should have stated it as such in the UG. Thanks for the feedback
