The two flags

  • $flag_show_about_us_sidebox_link
  • $flag_show_accessibility_sidebox_link

should be checked in includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_site_map_default.php before creating links to those pages. If they're not displayed in the sidebox, they should probably also not be displayed in the site map.
