Como é só o transceiver não tem driver, mas vou deixar anotado aqui para quem pesquisar: Tome cuidado com chips piratas da China, comprei alguns SN65HVD230 com um preço muito bom mas nenhum funcionou.

Beware counterfeit chinese chips!
