Unable to install react-quill on React 17.0.2

Hello,
I am unable to installing react-quill on my project where react verstion is "^17.0.2".

here is the error code:

npm ERR!

Any Solution for that ?

You can install the beta version.
npm install react-quill@beta for the version 2.0.0. It works for React 17.

What could be the reason to cause dependencies failed to resolve with react@v^17.0.2?
