Ground looks fine.

It did a little reverse a second ago in response to a repeated line move, and never moves again. Perhaps an edge case in unit reversing code. Or maybe a gadget. It doesn't have move goals if the yellow circles in debugpath are to be believed.

Giving it an attack command outside its range does not cause it to move, and that is entirely engine-side.
