Find a way to collect comments from a wider public without beeing spammed.

This solution should:

be useable from a statically hosted page like http://username.github.io/DATA or http://dataism.digital
allow comments to be collected as GitHub issues with a label "comment" (on the forks -specific- too)

zeropaper added enhancement help wanted labels
