Support puppi deploy #3

When the command is executed:
puppi deploy pippo

the files on /etc/puppi/projects/pippo/deploy/* must be executed on the following asc order

puppi must return the exit codes:
0 => ok
1 => warning
2 => error

to check if the commands are being executed on the correct order, check with "ls -l"
