No one will shoot

Hi, ive downloaded this mod. and its the only mod i have been using. Now im having an issue, not sure if its just a simple mistake im making, however, i start a game and people with guns won't shoot. they will only hit each other?

i just says when i try to manually get them to shoot, they cant aim. And there stat levels are around 10 on shooting if that makes sense?

I have also just seen that there is a problem with powering things like heaters and lights, sometimes they just wont power on even thought they are connected to the lines and also my generator wont charge the batteries?

With the "inability to shoot" malarky... they dont all happen to have shield belts on do they? I had the same issue with a chap and realised that shooting from inside a shield has negative health implications... so they dont let you do it.

No longer an issue no, he sorted it with the shield belts
