Discord screwed up commands somehow even more and this seems to happen sometimes to fix it you have to go into your discord server's settings under integrations and manually permit each command for everyone to use.. idk why it's doing this and if I come up with a better solution I'll try and add it but currently discord hates all bots 🤷‍♀️
