Yes, I checked the files and it seems like the annotation files are missing after downloading from https://codalab.lisn.upsaclay.fr/competitions/7680#participate-get_data

Can you download the train.zip file, extract it, and you will get JPEGImages and instances.json, which are the video and annotation files respectively?

Yes, I can, but I can't find the annotation files,and is instance.json just train.json?

Yes, instances.json is indeed the annotation file.
