考虑到计算效率的问题，目前只支持了GPU环境，本仓库中识别采用的是NHWC模型，竞赛的检测模型默认采用的是NCHW。

请问，在训练之前，怎么将 data_format 转为 NHWC 。 （在 代码中 没 找到 相关的模块）， 谢谢
