Import long reactions as YAML representation #4

Currently, all reactions are imported as a reaction string (e.g. "(3) |A| + (4) |B| => ..."). For long reactions, using the YAML representation better allows the user to read and edit the reaction than when using the string representation. Above a threshold, the reactions should be represented as YAML format.
