What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable PTZ scheduler, add Go Preset 1 @ 3:00:00 PM (arbitrary)
2. Highlight entry, click Repeat every 3600 seconds until 2:00:00 PM
3. Nothing happens. Can't seem to enter a continuous repeating loop?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See a filled in list for this action (23 events?)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v4.4.3.0, Win7-64

Please provide any additional information below.

This is because 3pm is after 2pm and the PTZ scheduler runs according to a 24
hour clock and has no concept of dates , if you want it to run every hour
choose 12:00 AM and repeat until 12:00 PM

I think this makes sense the way it is...

If it is going to be left as-is, might I suggest that the default start time be
preset to 12:00AM instead of the present time? I think this is what drove me
to think entries would each have their own 24 hour cycle based on anchoring the
start time.
