fastdfs 4.02做了rotate设置，但是没有效果

storage.conf配置如下：
rotate_access_log = true
access_log_rotate_time=00:00
rotate_error_log = true
error_log_rotate_time=02:00
rotate_access_log_size = 0
rotate_error_log_size = 0
但是日志文件竟然还是一直在增大，每天晚上没有进行rotate
[root@dcb-srv-0837 /opt/fdfs/storage/logs]#ll -h
total 623M
-rw-r--r-- 1 deploy deploy    0 Jul 24 11:41 storage_access.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 deploy deploy 623M Jul 31 11:04 storaged.log

另外这台机器是新加入组的，数据还在同步中，同步了5天了�
��5天里日志一直没有被切割
现在文件还在同步过程中，会不会与这个有关？和组中的老��
�器设置是一样的，老机器的日志都会被切割
