[Device Support Request] Tuya curtain motor _TZE200_nogaemzt

I guess some work have been done earlier here but was not merged somewhy. Anyway this fix is old and doesn't work with the current version in HASS.

I have 3 of these, device signature of 2 of 3 is:

Tried fix from here, this quirk loads, shows buttons as for curtain motor, but none of the commands work. Log throws Status.UNSUP_MANUF_CLUSTER_COMMAND after executing them.
