All section edit buttons disappear when clicked with FastWiki and QNA plugins both enabled.

How to reproduce:
Enable both FastWiki and QNA plugins, and use some QNA syntax headings (for example, =?== MyHeading ====). Click on an edit button for a section defined by a QNA heading to cause both the table of contents and all edit buttons to disappear.

Nothing else happens. The edit buttons reappear upon reloading the page.

Disabling FastWiki made edit buttons work again for sections defined by QNA syntax headings.

QNA works fine on its own, so I think this is more of a FastWiki issue.

Fastwiki also works fine on its own. :)

The issue is probably that both plugins are doing strange things to the same part of the page (QNA changes how headers work, and Fastwiki messes with TOC, which uses headers). I'll try to take a look sometime soon. If I forget, feel free to bug me!

For my own reference, here's QNA.
