Use already existing doc folder instead of creating docs folder. #81

Currently it generates into docs/. It seems that using the already existing doc/ folder would make more sense, maybe doc/api/ to keep things organized in case someone is actually using doc/ for other things.

I like doc/api/. I think it makes sense.
