Move @zkfs/virtual-storage to bundledDependencies in @zkfs/contract-api #47

@zkfs/virtual-api is no longer published to npmjs, therefore we need to bundle it when building @zkfs/contract-api to serve its correct version.

We're just compiling, not bundling. All monorepo packages are published to npm as well.
