Cleanup: Remove mopro-ios and mopro-android

Problem

Right now we are using mopro-cli and example app template instead of mopro-ios and mopro-android. These are old and confusing. It'd be good to clean them up.

Details

We need to make sure it isn't being used somewhere else before removing:

• Benchmarking (should be separate app)
• Tests (Add basic iOS and Android tests to example-app #116)
• Sanity check nothing else needed

Acceptance criteria

mopro-ios and mopro-android removed from project and docs.
