No PWM on Pin 4 #1

There seems to be no PWM output on Pin 4 when running the Servo and PWM examples and setting that pin. Unsure if this a porting issue or a problem with the original python library.

Fixed. Pin was set to use PIOCON0 when it needed to be PIOCON1. This value was copied from the original Python library, so is likely to be an issue there too (I have reported it to the dev)
