Improve the cursor visibility #14

While current cursor in Asciterm allows better visibility of selections, when cursor is on the last line it is not good visible. Solutions:

when on last line flip the cursor, so it is pointing downwards OR
have an extra empty line allocated which could also be used as sort of status bar
