A Google Bard Desktop Application (Mac, Windows and Linux)
KindaBard is a Google Bard Desktop Application compatible with Mac, Windows, and Linux. This repository contains a simple Electron.js application that serves as a Google Bard site wrapper for people who prefer using an application rather than a browser to access Bard.
The repository includes the following files:
- main.js: The main JavaScript file that runs the Electron.js application.
- package.json: Lists the packages that the project depends on and other metadata.
- package-lock.json: Automatically generated for any operations where npm modifies either the node_modules tree, or package.json.
- README.md: This file, which provides an overview of the project.
- .gitignore: Specifies the files that should not be tracked by Git.
- assets/img: A directory containing any image assets used in the project.
To download and install KindaBard, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Releases section of the KindaBard GitHub repository.
- Download the latest release.
- After downloading the file, unzip it and run the installer.
Please note that the application may require additional permissions during installation due to security settings on your computer.
The latest release is KindaBard v1.0.0, released on May 26, 2023.
