Describe the bug

Testing in Dev Spaces
Zowe Explorer UI with RSE profile Execution
The job is submitted successfully, and visible in the job view using a filter, but clicking the hyperlink throws an error: "Retrieving response from zowe.GetJobs jobId was not found or does not exist."
