Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Uploads to Mainframe USS using VScode doesn't provide the type of upload being performed. Sometime text files uploaded as other format, no option to upload files as binary. If a feature solves these problems would be a great and remove the need to logon to TN3270 or use filezilla just for uploads.

Describe the solution you'd like

While uploading files to USS via Vscode there should be option to select type of upload.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Workaround is to use terminal, filezilla or TN3270 for uploading different type of file

Additional context

The text file uploaded below is uploaded in unreadable format
