I've updated the CMI to latest version and got these errors below relating to config being larger

Issue with your kits.yml file for some reason. If you modified it manually, you might want to recheck it for possible issues relating to 16 character limit. From the looks of it, this might be related to player heads with custom skins in your kits. You might need to remake it for 1.21 compatibility.

Yes. I needed to update all my guis while updating from 1.20.4 or 1.20.6 to 1.21 because the custom head compatibility.
