Unbreakable is bugged #8951

In later versions enabling unbreakable would only make item unbreakable, but it should not repair it, aka existing durability will remain as it was before, but it should remain at same level independent how much you use that item. |
That build number 2260 is from purpur. on 1.20.4 it seems to behave as always, for me, on new iron pick with /cmi unbreakable true |
Description of Issue
So after making item /unbreakable it shows that its breakable and item doesn't show any durablity loss, but in reality its loosing it and when its close to break durablity alert do popup and shows item is about to break...
when doing /unbreakable false it shows the real durablity of item and shows it only has 30 durablity left or something.. so please fix this issue...
and if item has 10 durablity and is made unbreakable it stays 8 durablity seems like
