'/list' grouping is documented but doesn't seem to exist?

Description of Issue

The following permission node is documented on the CMI wiki:
cmi.command.list.group.[groupnumber] – Assigns player to defined group
However, I can't find the place where these groups are defined in the configuration files. Has this been fully implemented?

This could have been somewhat more confusing due to the fact hat grouping gets described in locale file as its per locale specific due to inclusion of localized groups names. Check locale file, it should be around line 2378 in English version
