Which BSD license does this project use?

BSD 2-Clause and BSD 3-Clause are different licenses, so which one is this project licensed under? Plus, it would be helpful to include the actual text of the license as a file to eliminate any ambiguity.

To be more specific, the package.json spec says that the license field should contain an SPDX license ID.
