It should be possible to use Block as a function decorator:
@block def add(a:InputPort(), b:InputPort()) -> OutputPort(primary=True): return a + b
It is unclear if annotation syntax is required, it might be possible to pass the same data directly to Block().
I suspect that OutputPort with primary=True should be a default value though (maybe a hard requirement)
